Breath & Movement is a yoga class with an intentionally undefined format to encourage openness and investigation. We'll use this time to explore the body through breath, movement, and asana (posture) for the sake of enjoyment and discovery.
Class content is influenced by what the people in the room are interested in practicing so may vary week-to-week or build on a previous class. Questions at the beginning or after class are always welcome, as are students of all backgrounds and levels.
