Power yoga provides a more challenging flow focusing on building strength in mind, body, and spirit. This class offers options to practice at your desired level of intensity by utilizing progressive movements to explore a variety of postures (asana). 

All levels are welcome with modifications offered to meet the individual needs of each student. Come and play in a judgement free space and leave feeling empowered to live in your true strength.
