Allow both the mind and body to open as you find balance between building strength and increasing flexibility. This class begins with a powerful, vinyasa-inspired flow featuring a mix of familiar and challenging asanas (postures) designed to cultivate strength and ignite inspiration from within.

After generating internal heat (tapas), we’ll slow down and transition into a sequence of deeply opening and lengthening postures. Explore the potential of not only your body but also your mind as we ease into a deeper state of connection and awareness.
